Before joining CBSS, Inc., Kraig had been in banking for 24 years. Not only was Kraig involved with lending during that time, he also gained extensive experience with the Loan Review process. He spent the last 10 years as a Compliance Officer, Bank Secrecy Act Officer and the Bank Security Officer. In addition, Kraig trained bank personnel in compliance related areas. He has a degree in accounting from Winona State University, Winona, MN. |

Valerie Nelson, CCBCO

Prior to joining CBSS, Valerie was in banking for the past 10 years, with 5 years each at two community banks. Most recently she worked as a loan/compliance officer. Her duties included real estate mortgage and consumer lending, appraisal review, internal audits of the real estate mortgage loan files, and compliance training of loan personnel. Nelson has also worked as a licensed real estate agent and appraiser. |
